The solution
The x-axis is RSI difference (stronger or weaker than BTC); the y-axis is order-book liquidity LIQ (buy pressure or sell pressure). Where the two axes cross puts every coin in a clear position.

Quadrant classification requires the absolute LIQ above 2 and the percentile above 75 or below 25, both at once — filtering out weak signals.
